At 1808 hours, Rescue Squad 14 was alerted to the Capitol Beltway (I-495) at the Baltimore-Washingtion Parkway (Route 295).  The squad arrived to find one trapped, removed the driver's side doors and B-post and removed the patient from the car.  Rescue Squad 14 was ready for service at 1830 hours.
